AMS Employment Matching Service is a free service provided by Advanced Migration Solutions (AMS). Our aim is to:
- Help Australian employers find suitable skilled workers to work in their business;
AND
- Help job seekers find suitable employment in Australia.
AMS office is based in Sydney and we receive CVs from migrants all around the world wishing to live and work in Australia. As a result we are in the position to, and operate a large database with hundreds of workers (in and outside Australia) interested in finding employment in Australia.
On the other hand, we have numerous contacts with various industries in Australia and can in some instances assist job seekers (migrants) to successfully find suitable employment in Australia.
We do not guarantee that you are going to find employment or a suitable worker through this service. We do not operate as an employment agency and do not charge for this service. Our aim is merely to provide the missing link and provide a forum for each party, that is the Australian employer and the foreign Job Seeker to meet and reach their own agreement if necessary.
AMS is an Australian Migration Agency and we can assist the respective parties (once they have reached an agreement) with their immigration needs if needed. As part of our immigration services, we can assist Australian employers apply and gain the appropriate sponsorship status and we can assist the respective job seeker gain the appropriate immigration status/ Australian visa before they can commence working in Australia.
