Code of Conduct

The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) is responsible for the administration of the Code of Conduct and the regulation of the Migration Profession in Australia. All individuals who provide immigration assistance for a fee or reward must be registered with MARA.

The Migration Agents Code of Conduct sets the standards of ethics and the degree of professionalism by which all Migration Agents must abide. A copy of the Code of Conduct can be found at:
